A few reminders before ordering your personalized item:

• Engraved text will be on the opposite side of the Kool logo, bottom part.
• Fulfillment lead time:
• Metro Manila: 10-12 business days
• Provincial: 12-14 business days
• Under Special Instructions, note the text to be engraved as well as the corresponding font style and bottle color. If you wish to personalize more than one bottle on your cart, separate each text with a semicolon (e.g. Jisoo-SHKK 1-Lavender ; Jennie-SHKK 2-White ; Rosé-SHKK 3-Blue ; Lisa-SHKK 4-Sand).
• Limit your text to 12 characters, spaces included. Longer text can mean smaller engraved size.
• Text is case-sensitive.
