- CARE INSTRUCTIONS - IMMEDIATELY AFTER YOU DIVE: Rinse thoroughly; remove from sheath and operate any moving parts while soaking in tap water to dislodge sand or other debris. Dry blade and sheath thoroughly with a towel. Apply a light coat of silicone to prevent corrosion; don’t use petroleum-based lube. Apply WD 40 to locking mechanism to maintain ease of release.
